Budapest Mobile Phone Shops

If you wish to buy a Hungarian SIM Card in Budapest, you will need to head to a mobile phone shop to get one. Take your passport with you, and some cash or your credit / debit card to pay for a pay as you go phone or mobile dongle. Most of the Budapest mobile shops with the longest opening hours (including Sundays) can be found in WestEnd Shopping Mall, right next to the Nyugati Train Station, where the trains from Budapest Airport arrive.

If you go to Nyugati Train Station (e.g. by taking the M3 metro), you can see the beautiful Eiffel design of the railway station, take a look at the McDonalds Palace (beautiful, even if you hate McDonalds), relax on Eiffel Square (or skate, in winter time).
