Central Backpack King Hostel Budapest

Central Backpack King Hostel Budapest

Here are some more Budapest hostels to consider, which got less great reviews and rates, but are on average good. The locations change: the further away your stay from downtown Budapest, the cheaper the prices are logically.
Astoria City Hostel Budapest
: the hostel at Astoria square has an excellent location, slightly above average ratings, but seems to be a good place to stay on a budget. The hostel rooms look more like converted condos than cheap modern hostel rooms. Quieter than an average hostel in Budapest. Dorm rooms and double rooms are also available.
Grand Hostel Budapest: the Grand Hostel Buda rooms are dirt cheap, lierally very cheap, but the hostel location is quite away from the city centre, and there is no breakfast. If you are on a very tight budget, it is good.
BMF Hostel Budapest
City Hostel Buda Budapest: the City Hostel Buda lies far from the city centre (approx. 40 min by public transport), but its prices per night are definitely very cheap, so it is still a busy place. The ratings of the hostel are average. If you are looking for a simple, cheap hostel accommodation, it suits the bill.
Colors Budapest Hostel: the Colors Budapest Hostel gets average rates, but one thing is sure, it has an excellent location and serves as a good base for checking out Budapest sights even on foot.
